I LOVE these crusts! Yes, they are pretty pricey but making my own crust turned out to be pain staking and they did not turn out well. I find them worth the money as a splurge item if you follow a low carb diet. I will definitely buy more in the future.

These are excellent. If you're eating low carb to lose weight or control blood sugar, you'll love these. They are relatively low in calories (calories count), easy to make and delicious. I don't put cheese on them because they taste cheesy already due to the cheese in the ingredients, but do put chicken, vegetables, healthy sauce and or other healthy foods on them. With their short, healthy, list of ingredients I feel great making these part of my relatively strict, very clean and healthy (for me) eating plan.

When I started eating low carb about nine years ago I really missed pizza. But now I get to have one of my favorite foods again without all the carbohydrates with Cali'flower pizza crusts. I've tried the other flavors but love the sweet red pepper crusts the best. There are other cauliflower pizza crusts on the market but they have way more carbs than this one. One that's readily available in supermarkets has 72 net carbs per pizza where the Cali'flour is 3 net grams of carbs per entire pizza. Check the ingredients. Cali'flour is cauliflower, cheese, eggs, and spices. The other brands have Brown Rice Flour, Cornstarch, Tapioca, and Xanthan Gum. Cali'flour has fewer ingredients and healthier ingredients. The only downside is I have to order them. I wish my local grocery stores would start carrying them.

USPS took this to post office instead of leaving at house. Not the companies fault though.I should have read the instructions on both the box and the inserted card before cooking, these were not the same. Read the recipe card for better cooking instructions. I imagine the crust would have been more firm and crisp if I had cooked it correctly.It was still tasty and most importantly, I got to have pizza while adhering to a low carb diet.Sure, I'd like to pay less but I feel it's worth the price.Now I know how to cook it and will order again.

These crusts are so versatile to use. I have made pizza, quesadillas, burritos, and tortillas to dip. The only draw back is the price. The taste is good and they're quick and easy to prepare. Love all the flavors, the jalapeño is good with anything.

Abdolutely deliscious, perfect for my Keto diet and paleo maintenance ... would order again but a bit pricy. I found similar item in publix at a lower price... but still a great purchase especially if you are living a low carb lifestyle.

doing the keto diet makes it hard when your from chicago...you just crave pizza. This has been the best alternative I have found to combat it. You have to freeze it once it arrives but well worth it. I suggest baking it in the over for a good 10 minutes before adding any ingredients and cheese.

Taste was better than expected. The issue I had was while making a white pizza using olive oil. Thus crust was rather porous and the oil leaked through. Using a vented pan, it was a messy affair. It worked out great for other toppings.
